Unbusied vs Zoho Social
Zoho Social is the social scheduling piece of the giant Zoho business suite, cheap on entry and a natural pick if you already live in Zoho's CRM and tools.
Zoho Social's biggest advantage isn't the scheduler itself, it's the ecosystem around it. If your business already runs on Zoho CRM, Desk, or the wider suite, adding Zoho Social keeps everything under one login, and the entry price is low.
That's also the fork in the road. Zoho Social is one module in a sprawling platform, with features and users gated across tiers and the suite always nudging you toward more. Unbusied is a standalone, single-purpose tool with one flat per-brand price and nothing else to buy.

When Zoho Social is the right call
- You already use Zoho CRM or the wider Zoho suite and want it all connected.
- You want the lowest entry price and don't mind tier gates.
- You post to Pinterest or Google Business Profile.
When Unbusied is the right call
- You don't use Zoho and don't want to adopt a whole suite for scheduling.
- You'd rather have one flat price than climb tiers as you add users and features.
- You want support from the founder, not a suite-wide help desk.
What you’d actually pay
Zoho Social's Standard plan is around $15/month (about $10 billed annually) for one brand and one user, which is cheap, especially if you already pay for other Zoho products. Extra users and the deeper features live on higher tiers.
Unbusied is $33/month per brand with your team included and no tiers to climb. If you're a Zoho shop, Zoho Social is the convenient choice; if you're not, Unbusied is the simpler standalone one.
Switching from Zoho Social?
There’s nothing to migrate. Your social accounts stay exactly where they are. Create your Unbusied account, connect the accounts to a Social Set (a few minutes of OAuth), rebuild your upcoming queue, and cancel Zoho Social whenever it feels safe. Most people are fully moved in one sitting.
Fair questions
Is Zoho Social cheaper than Unbusied?
The entry tier is, at around $15/month. But it's one user and one brand with features gated above it; if you're not already in the Zoho ecosystem, the value case is thinner than it looks.
Does Unbusied integrate with a CRM?
No. Unbusied is a focused scheduler, not a suite. If tight CRM integration matters, Zoho Social (inside Zoho) is built for that.
Why pick a standalone tool over a suite?
Fewer moving parts and no upsell path. Unbusied does one job at one price. A suite is worth it when you'll use the rest of it, and overhead when you won't.
