Hi, I’m Jeff!
Unbusied is made by one person: me, Jeff Sarris. There’s no team, no investors, and no AI support agent that sounds frustratingly almost human. When you reach out, it comes straight to me, and I write back.
I built Unbusied after fifteen years of helping businesses show up online, watching owner after owner pay enterprise prices for social tools they used a tenth of, or burn their evenings doing the copy-paste shuffle by hand. Simple felt overdue.

Which platforms does Unbusied support?
Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, all included in the flat price. We don't currently publish to Pinterest, Bluesky, or Google Business Profile.
What exactly is a Social Set?
One brand's group of social accounts, plus its calendar, posts, and team. Everything in Unbusied is organized by Set, so multiple brands never blur together. Each brand is its own Set with its own $33/month subscription.
Is there a limit on how much I can post?
No. No post caps, no AI credits, no per-channel meters. Post as often as the platforms themselves allow.
What happens if a post fails to publish?
You get an email and an in-app alert naming exactly which platform failed, with a one-tap retry for just that platform. Silent failures are the thing we refuse to have.
Do you keep my photos and videos forever?
Honestly: no, and on purpose. We keep the lightweight display images needed to render your post history. Heavy video files are purged shortly after every platform has successfully received your post, and you keep your own originals. We're a scheduler, not an archive, and your storage bill shouldn't fund one.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Invite up to four teammates into your Social Set (five people total, including you) and they can compose and schedule for that brand. There are no per-seat charges.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in two clicks through Stripe's billing portal. Your scheduled posts keep publishing until the end of the period you've paid for.

Yes. X (Twitter) is one of the seven platforms included in the flat $33/month. That's worth checking anywhere you shop: some tools charge extra for X (Vista Social adds $29/month) and some dropped it entirely (Later).
Why switch from Buffer or Later?
Buffer prices per channel, so one brand on seven platforms runs about $35/month solo and about $70 with a team. Later caps posts at 30 per profile per month and can't post to X at all. Does scheduling posts hurt reach?
