Social media scheduler with truly unlimited posts
How post caps sneak up on you
A daily poster on seven platforms publishes about 210 platform-posts a month. That sounds like a lot until you count: it's one idea a day, sent everywhere. Here's how that lands on common caps:
- 30 posts per profile per month: a daily poster hits the cap on every profile by day 30, and sooner with more than one post a day.
- 60 posts per workspace, with each platform counted: the daily-everywhere poster is done in about 9 days.
- Free plans with 15 to 20 posts a month: fine for testing, not for running a brand.
- Caps per content category: generous, but real.
Unlimited, with one honest exception
Unbusied has no post caps: $33/month per Social Set for every platform, no credit meters, team included. The one exception is X posts with links, capped at 30 a month per Social Set, because X charges about 13 times more for a post with a link.
The platforms themselves still have limits (Instagram allows about 50 API posts per day per account, for example). No scheduler can change those, and honest tools say so.
Questions to ask before you pay
- Is the cap per profile, per workspace, or per brand?
- Does a cross-post count once, or once per platform?
- Does the cap reset monthly, or is it a limit on posts waiting at once?
- What happens at the cap: a block, or a surprise upgrade prompt mid-month?
Fair questions, straight answers.
Which social media scheduler has unlimited posts?
Unbusied: $33/month per Social Set with no post caps, except X posts with links at 30 a month. Before you pay for any scheduler, check the fine print for caps per profile, per workspace, or per content category.
What caps should I look for?
The common ones are a monthly cap per profile (often 30 on entry plans), a monthly cap per workspace (often 60), and free-plan caps of 15 to 20 posts a month. Also check whether a post sent to three platforms counts as one post or three.
How do per-workspace caps count cross-posts?
Often once per platform: one update published to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn uses 3 posts of the allowance. Daily cross-posting to several platforms can use a 60-post cap in about a week.
Are there posting limits schedulers can't remove?
Yes. The platforms themselves rate-limit publishing (Instagram allows roughly 50 API posts per account per day). Any scheduler, capped or not, lives inside those platform rules.
